All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50): Delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas. International customers may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be in original condition (unworn, with tags and packaging)
  • Must include proof of purchase
  • Must be free from damage, dirt, or signs of wear

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • All insulated boots (Hunting, Logger, Steel Toe, or Work Boots)
  • Internal Metatarsal Boots
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

How to Return or Exchange

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:
