Shipping & Delivery
What are my shipping options?
We offer two reliable services:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL/FedEx, arrives in 10-15 business days after processing (1-2 days). Trackable and recommended for urgent needs.
- Free Economy Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, arrives in 15-25 business days after processing. Same rugged packaging, just more economical.
How soon will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 24 hours (excluding weekends/holidays). You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your boots leave our Akron, Ohio warehouse.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Contact us at [email protected] within 6 hours of ordering. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee adjustments once processing begins.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We accept unworn returns in original packaging within 15 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective. Please email us to initiate a return authorization.
What if my boots arrive damaged?
Despite our industrial-grade packaging, if damage occurs, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Do you offer exchanges for different sizes?
Yes – return the original unworn boots, and once received, we’ll ship your new size. Standard shipping fees apply to the replacement pair. For fastest service, we recommend placing a new order while processing your return.
